To prevent potential risks such as non-compliance during acceptance inspections, safety hazards, or regulatory penalties, the company hereby formally reminds all distributors:
1.It is strictly prohibited to sell liquefied gas equipment merely by modifying its nozzles to resemble natural gas equipment. For natural gas compatibility, the corresponding natural gas-specific identification plates and compliant accessories must be replaced.Directly connecting unmodified liquefied gas equipment to natural gas supply for customer use is strictly forbidden as it poses significant safety hazards; regulatory authorities will impose severe penalties upon detection of such violations.
2.During client coordination,please verify local gas supply parameters in advance, confirm key specifications such as natural gas pressure and calorific value, and provide the relevant data to our company.All natural gas-specific equipment must be ordered directly from manufacturers, with qualified models produced and shipped directly to end-users to ensure compliance with 3C certification standards.
Only by selecting models compatible with the original manufacturer can equipment operation remain stable and combustion be complete, thereby reducing post-sales failure risks and avoiding regulatory safety concerns. We urge all sales personnel to strictly adhere to these requirements in their operations.
