Gas tunnel oven is a type of industrial continuous baking oven with gas heating. It converts clean-burning LPG has or natural gas into high-velocity heating, carried through the baking chamber by forced hot air convection or gas fired tube. With bottom and upper gas heating, the dough travels from the infeed body to the outfeed body with time limited. Each heating zones has its controller to maintain its time and temperature.
